My journey into health and wellness began when I was a child. My mother used to give me Shiatsu and used essential oils to heal us. Having been exposed to healing arts from a young age, my transition into this field felt like a natural evolution.
After finishing my masters degree in telecommunications and networks in France, I quickly realized that I was not going to be fullfilled on this path. While I was sitting all day at my desk, then practicing Capoeira in the evenings, I had pain in my joints at the early age of 23. I also had some chronic health issues like frequent head aches and stomach aches. I knew this was not how I wanted my life to unfold and decided to make changes.
I began to take care of my health and learned Qi Gong, then studied Reiki in 2006. During a trip to Thailand in 2008, Thai Massage seemed to fall into my lap as I stepped into a massage school thinking it was a spa. I did my first buddhist meditation retreat, then I met Mike Tan in 2010 and learned with him a style of bodywork he calles SEA (Structural Energy Awakening). SEA is a type of massage that is used for its therapeutic properties to heal people from structural issues.
After studying extensively with Mike Tan and focusing on SEA bodywork, in 2012 I met David Lutt, a french Osteopath who quickly became my second mentor. He taught me Dynamic Thai Massage and Osteothai, two styles that dramatically enhanced my touch and gave a more holistic dynamic to my approach.
In 2015, I met Jörg Schürpf, a Swiss Osteopath, with whom I completed the Shen Master Training, an 18 month long introduction to Osteopathy.
In 2017, I moved to Ontario, Canada with my wife and my son. I began one of the demanding massage therapy programs of Ontario at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Cambridge.
After giving massage for 10 years as a Thai Massage practitioner, then an Osteothai practitionner, I became a Registered Massage Therapist in August 2019 and have been practicing in Guelph, Ontario since then.
In 2020, I enrolled at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy in Toronto to study in this extensive 5-year program to finally become a fully licenced osteopathic manual practitioner.
I have also been practising Capoeira, a Brazilian art form combining martial arts, music, dance and acrobatics since 2006.

About my Teaching Experience

Since 2010, I have been teaching the multifaceted Brazilian Art Form of Capoeira.

In 2011, I started teaching self-massage techniques (using rollers and balls) that I learned from Mike Tan and from my own experience and studies.

In 2014, my mentor and teacher David Lutt gave me his blessing to start teaching Thai Massage. I opened my own school in New Caledonia.

In 2015, being back in France, I had the honor of becoming an official assistant of Lulyani, David’s school of Thai Massage and Osteothai. I have been assisting him in Traditional and Dynamic Thai Massage courses as well as more advance Osteothai courses.

In 2019, thanks to my extended training in Massage Therapy and my experience as a massage teacher, I started teaching Swedish Massage in New Caledonia.

I have had the opportunity to teach in a variety of countries: Thailand, Hong-Kong, Japan, France, New Caledonia, Australia and of course, Canada.
